Computer Science graduate and NLP researcher specializing in resource efficient Large Language Models and model compression. My research experience includes knowledge distillation, parameter efficient fine tuning with LoRA, model quantization, and compact architectures for Bangla and other low resource language settings. I am interested in low latency language modeling, efficient representation learning, and dependable AI systems.

🎓 I completed my Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering at International Islamic University Chittagong.

Developed a local multilingual PDF assistant that supports multiple document uploads, document based question answering, page citations, and supporting evidence images. Built a modular processing workflow with Docling, local Ollama models, persistent ChromaDB vectors, SQLite metadata, voice and text input, and Bengali, English, and Banglish support. The current version includes a testing retriever for GPU independent workflow validation, while the PixelRAG adapter remains ready for visual embeddings, Qdrant, and multimodal model integration.

Tiny LLMs for Efficient Bangla Cyberbullying Analysis via Knowledge Distillation and Quantization

  • Developed compact language models with 10 to 60 million parameters for fine grained Bangla cyberbullying and threat detection using stratified Mendeley datasets.
  • Implemented knowledge distillation with soft targets, logit matching, and hidden layer matching from teacher models, combined with LoRA based fine tuning.
  • Evaluated 8 bit dynamic quantization on low resource hardware to improve CPU inference while preserving macro F1 performance, including attention to rare threat and harassment classes.

Design and Implementation of an Integrated RFID Based Campus Wide Payment Architecture
